We handle your own door. If the problem is the common entry, the intercom or a lost fob, that normally goes through the building manager, and we will tell you exactly what to ask for so you are not sent in circles.
Opened with air wedges and long reach tools wherever the car is parked. If the key is lost rather than locked inside, we cut and program a replacement beside the vehicle for most makes on the road.
A new key cut to the lock on site, or the barrel rekeyed so the missing key stops working. If the key went with a fob showing your building, rekey; that is not a judgement call.

How long will it take?
Ten to twenty minutes for the peninsula. We give you a real number and ring back if traffic changes it.
Can you get me into the building itself?
Not without the building manager. We can open your own door once you are inside. If you are locked out of the lobby, call us anyway and we will tell you the quickest way through it.
Is my lock the body corporate problem or mine?
Usually your unit door is yours and everything common is theirs. We check before we do anything, because replacing their hardware at your cost helps nobody.
Will an old deco lock survive being opened?
Yes, in almost every case. Those mortice cases are better made than most things sold today. We pick or bypass, then service them while we are there.
Is there a surcharge after midnight?
No. One price, quoted before we leave, whatever the hour.
What do you need from me?
Photo ID matching the address, or something from the building that shows you live there. For a car, ID and proof you own it. We ask every single time.
